Excellent fisking.

I would add that the thing about women and living well is (typically for the turble eagle) very equivocal. In reality the stuff about women living well only if they are mutilated, hidden, mothers of 12, etc, is not about 'living well' in the way we understand it, but 'living well' in the sense of doing what Allah is supposed to want which, O the luck, happens to be what is convenient for men. Women who have 50 children and wear armour from head to foot are 'living well' in the sense of being sufficiently submissive to all males from the deity to their youngest male child, not in the sense of doing what is good or capability-enhancing for themselves.
